Back on track I think you can get away with an electric reverse? may be wrong?

The problem that stumped him for going electric is the live axle bobbing up & down, so cant really mount electrics at that end.
Probably means starter motor & sprocket in the engine compartment. Plus the big(ger) battery needed to power it all.
